1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

   - Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

2. Customer-Initiated Returns

   - Before returning any products, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

   - Returned items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

   - The shipping cost of the return will be at the expense of the buyer.

   - Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Non-Refundable Services


We do not issue refunds for services booked through our site, including audio production, film production, and music video distribution services.


These services offer revisions until the approval of the product.

Revisions can be purchased up to 15 days after the initial product was delivered.
